An impossibly delicious Thai chile pineapple hot sauce, with toasted onion, roasted garlic, toasted sesame, honey, ginger & lime. Aleppo peppers round out the flavor profile to create a unique & savory hot sauce.

Smell & Taste:  Even though this sauce has pineapple as the first ingredient, it’s not overly fruity, which I like, and it’s also not too sweet. The ginger, sesame, onion and garlic are up front and center. This is a fantastic sauce with a unique flavor profile.

Heat Level:  This sauce has a good level of heat, but it’s not too overpowering, which allows you to fully enjoy the complex flavor.

Texture: This sauce slightly thick. It pours nicely without being overly runny.

Uses:  This is one of my favorite hot sauces to add to soup. It is also great for any kind of Asian cuisine. Great for stir fry, yummy on chicken, seafood and pork.

Flavor: 9/10  –  Heat: 3/10

Since heat tolerance is subjective, I consider Sriracha to also be a 3/10, which is pretty spicy to most. But there are some extremely hot sauces out there. On my scale, 3/10 means it still packs a good amount of heat.
