A super tasty, easy to prepare, spicy vinegar coleslaw. Sure to be a hit!

Ingredients
1headgreen cabbage, finely shreddedOr get the pre-shredded stuff; just as good!
2Carrots, grated
1Bell Pepper, finely choppedI go with red, orange or yellow for color
1smallsweet onion, finely chopped
2-3Jalapeño Peppersor make it Serranos or Habaneros, depending on how much heat you’d like
Dressing
1cupsugar
1tspsalt
2/3cupvegetable, avocado, or grape seed oilI prefer Avocado oil
1tspdry mustard
1tspcelery seed
1/4tspfreshly ground black pepper
1cupapple cider vinegar
Instructions
Combine coleslaw vegetable ingredients; shredded green cabbage, finely chopped bell pepper, finely chopped onions, grated carrots and Jalapeños in a large serving bowl.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine dressing ingredients; bring to a boil. Simmer, stir until sugar is dissolved.
Once sugar is dissolved, pour over vegetables and toss well.
Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Then serve!
